Age: How old is your character?
Birthday: What’s your characters birthday (day-month)
Clan: What clan are they from?

Village: Where does your character live?
Rank: Genin or Academy Student. You can rank up later.
Element(s): What 1 elements does your character use? Chuunin level have 2, and jonin and higher 3 on creation.
Paths: Which jutsu paths does your character use? Everyone has two specializations, but Jounin level (and higher) characters have three at creation.
Special features: Any scars or tattoos?

Height: How tall is your character?
Weight: How much does your character weigh?
Hair: What color is their hair?
Eyes: What color are their eyes?
Other: Anything else you want to put about your looks .
Appearance: What does your character look like? Two paragraphs, use detail.

Personality: What is your characters personality? Two paragraphs.
Likes: What does your character like? Three things minimum, explain them.
Dislikes: What does your character dislike? Three things minimum, explain them.
Motivations: What drives your character? Three things minimum, explain.
